  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees, Movers Austin)?
    As Local Austin Movers, we strive to price competitively and always strive to provide you with the best service for your money. We do offer discount’s on Mileage/Trip Fee’s for local moves!
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    A typical process would be setting up a personal walk through visit to go over your move to identify your specific needs and requirements before move day, to avoid any unwanted surprises. That way on move day, everything goes Easy Peasy!  No surprises, and all smiles! 🙂
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    Isiah and Ruben got started in the moving Business while still in College. Isiah at Columbia University and Ruben at University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!) The two paired up and started their own brand of moving, a much smarter, better, dare I say Easy Peasy way of Moving! 🙂
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would advise asking for a DOT number and inquiring if the mover is fully insured, just in case of a mishap. Having these two items greatly separates the Flakes from the Greats!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    Ask about our moving process. No two moves are the same. That is why we love to meet you beforehand, and provide a free walk through come up with a game plan for your move to stay within your budget! That’s the Easy Peasy way!
